Quite a somber morning group of baristas. Makes me wonder about the manager. I realize Starbucks is not often filled with the cheerful Pollyannas that are employed at Paneras, but at least smile and make some eye contact. I came in once at 7 when they opened and there was about of inch of coffee in the carafe. Ick! I was drinking coffee from the night before! This would be a good locale for "Undercover Boss" if anybody from Starbucks is reading. I let them know about the old coffee which prompted the gift certificate in the mail..but the employees are sullen and cheerless in the morning and that's just not how I want to start my day. Panera by Target is just a few minutes a way and the baristas are smiling and eager to take your order. Sorry Starbucks..but you just can't rest on your laurels.

Went here with a group of people on Jan 17th and service was excellent. Christina was incredibly helpful. Good place to meet people.

Not my local Starbucks but I come here to work a few days out of the week just for a change in scenery. The baristas are pretty on top of making drinks in a timely manner. There is tons of indoor/ outdoor seating. The location is also great surrounded by various shoppes and restaurants.

Ok environment, but the last few times I've been here WiFi is down. I come for the WiFi and the coffee is a necessary evil. Ask about the WiFi though and staff takes zero ownership of the problem. I would not recommend this store as a location for people who need to be productive.

ZERO STARS! Just left there 10 mins ago. 6 people working behind the counter. One person in front of me and after waiting 10 minutes I said, screw this and left. 6 people behind the counter and only ONE of you can take orders? Seriously? I'm standing for 10 minutes watching teen staff do...(crickets can be heard here) nothing but chat amongst themselves. I understand the company hiring young people so the company seems youthful and energetic but...the result is still teenagers standing around. At least an older staff would understand the concept of...hustle.

I enjoy this place. The only reasons I give it 3 stars is because I consistently come here pretty early (especially in Sunday) and they never open on time. Always 3-7 min late. This morning was 3 min so a big improvement. The staff is friendly but quick turn around isn't the highest priority.

Starbucks, the coffee mecca of the world. I think they need to work on their Chai's as at some locations, the flavors are more intense and at others its just lame. Overall its a good place to hang out, read a book, chill out, pass the time.

Worst Starbucks. Awful service. But it's a beautiful and oversized store. The staff acts like they are doing you a favor and race to get done with you so they can go back to chatting with each other. Today the cashier spent so little time looking at me she offered me someone else's food while I was waiting for my coffee, then when I mentioned it wasn't mine and declined to take it, got annoyed like it was my fault she didn't know who it went to. And I had not even ordered food. Possibly if she had looked at me she would have seen I was at least 20 yrs younger than the lady who had ordered it and a foot taller. Not to mention we didn't look anything alike. I am seriously considering driving the extra few miles to a different location just to avoid the employee attitudes.

This is my neighborhood Starbucks, and I'm here somewhat often to hang out with friends or even just grab and go. Thankfully, I haven't had the same issues with the baristas as the previous reviewer. One thing I have noticed, however, is that they frequently run out of bakery items in the evening. For example, I went in this evening around 8:30 to get a caramel apple spice drink and a rice krispie treat (don't judge, they're yummy). The case was barren, and this happens often here. I get that they're busy, but c'mon people, plan a little better. My beverages have always been prepared accurately (I'm not a coffee/espresso drinker, so I stick with chai, tea, etc.), but one thing that I find quite strange is that they serve the caramel apple spice (it's like a cider) with whipped cream. That's like putting whipped cream on apple juice. It just doesn't happen. Apparently that's how all Starbucks serve them, but jeez that's weird.

This is my local Starbucks. They have always met my expectations. I am pretty picky and I have always been pleased to find my drinks made right. The baristas have been friendly. The line is occasionally slow but that's more the customers than anything else.

I stopped in here the other day on my way to the office. It was super early & they were just opening. This Starbucks is very big & it is immaculate. It's one of the nicest Starbucks I have ever walked into. I was greeted by a friendly barista ( I should have asked for her name) who despite the early hour was in a cheerful & upbeat mood. Her positive energy actually helped improve my own mood. :) I stopped in to pick up lunch to bring with me to work. I always get the "Protein Box". It is only about five bucks & it is a good choice if you are trying to eat healthy. The box includes: red grapes, apple slices, cheese slices, hard boiled egg, a small pouch of peanut butter & a biscuit. I take them to work a lot. It makes a good lunch if you eat at your desk because it is not messy & it's good stuff. My iced coffee was great as usual. I'm spoiled because the Starbucks within walking distance from my condo has a drive through. But this is a great store & I will be stopping in here more often. I would definitely recommend this store. Good coffee, friendly employees & its clean. This Starbucks is located in the Promenade Plaza on the SW corner of Wiles & Lyons.

They staff is very efficient and friendly considering how busy this location is. It's one of the largest Starbucks in Florida so even during busy times you can stiff find a place to sit.

I definitely get why this Sbux has such low ratings. Has this place ever been wiped down or cleaned? The outside patio is disgusting, the inside is dirty with trash, stains, crumbs everywhere. And I arrived at 9am! Gross...

Small, narrow Starbucks with a drive through. It has a really large worktable in the front which is perfect for those of who primarily use Starbucks as a comfortable workplace with free wifi. Okay, and who also occasionally order frappucinos. :-)

This is a sloppy location. The bathroom was a wreck and I told a girl behind the counter that it needed toilet paper (pale purplish gray hair) and she rolled her eyes at me. What a shame. I guess Starbucks hires anybody. Horrible.

Love this Starbucks, it's always clean, everyone that works there is always friendly. I always get that welcoming, good at home feeling when I'm there. Always a great place to hangout with friends, or bring my sister because we're Starbucks addicts and this is the best one around, I drive the extra mile just to get to this one and it's also a great place to go on a date

I like this Starbucks, however each time I come here is seems the line moves very slowly. I love that it is a huge store in the Promanade and there is a lot of seating both indoors and out. I do with the service was a bit faster though, otherwise a solid 4 stars from me.

Located in the Promenade at Coconut Creek, this Starbucks has limited parking nearby. The shop itself is as expected, and service is fine.
